Bilaal Hassan was raised in Dallas, Texas. He completed his memorization of the Quran with Shaykh Abdelkarim Edghouch at the age of 11. In 2015, he received an Ijazah in Hafs from Shaykh Saad Hassanin. After highschool, he began his Arabic studies with Ustadh Adam at Bayyinah Institute, and continued his Islamic studies at Qalam Seminary. Bilaal has been leading Taraweeh at Valley Ranch Islamic Center and Southlake Islamic Center for the past 10 years. He also has worked with Ustadh Adam and the Quranic team on the Quranic app, serving as Qari and app developer. He is currently in medical school and pursuing the Almiyyah program at Qalam.

This course is all pre-recorded, so you can complete it at your preferred time and pace.
Is there an age requirement?

We've had students from ages 8-70+ in our courses and they've all enjoyed it and benefited. We recommend children under 10 take the class with an adult.
I am fluent in reading, but cannot pronounce the letters. Where should I start?

Start with the first few Alphabet classes of Learn to Read Quran: Level 1, until you're comfortable with the pronunciations, and then move on to Let's Recite the Quran: Level 2 & 3.
Do you do 1-on-1 tutoring?
